SACRAMENTO, CA - The Dogs beat the Hogs 39-28 in the 38th Annual Pig Bowl and 10th Annual Guns and Hoses charity football game between local law enforcement and fire fighters.
The game gives local bragging rights to winner, but also benefits
several local charities including Mustard Seed School, the Sheriff's Toy
Project, Blue Star Moms and the WIND Youth Center.
Since the event began, the Pig Bowl has raised close to $1.5 million dollars.
