Students have until November 15th to finish the project. That will give the Blue Star Mothers enough time to place the cards into care packages that they will ship to Iraq and Afghanistan by Christmas.
The local Blue Star Mothers ship thousands of "Freedom Boxes" to US troops each year. They contain everything from snacks to toiletries.
