ITEMS SOUGHT TO SEND TO TROOPS

"INFO: Modesto-Central Valley Blue Star Mothers & Families is looking for items to send to service members in Iraq and Afghanistan. They will be packing boxes this month. Items can be dropped off at the Stanislaus County American Red Cross, 1230 Sixth St., Modesto. Items needed include food, such as beef jerky, tuna in foil packages and microwave popcorn, and toiletries. For a complete list, go to www.mcvbluestarmothers.org.
