Crawfordsville, IN

"The board also approved two other requests.
The first was from James Komendo who was asking for a police escort when the Support Our Troops Ride arrives into Crawfordsville after its 125-mile ride Saturday. The ride will leave the Crawfordsville National Guard Armory at noon and head south on U.S. 231 South.
According to Komendo he is expecting up to 200 riders this year and they will be arriving back into Crawfordsville between 5:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. The event is to raise money for the Blue Star Mothers and the support group at the local armory."
