Local military moms host Halloween Bash to raise money to ship care packages to the troops

SANTA CRUZ --" From Tunes for the Troops in January to the Halloween Costume Ball on Saturday, the Santa Cruz Blue Star Moms continue the mission of raising money to ship care packages to American troops deployed in Afghanistan and Iraq. This year the group shipped 242 packages.
