The Stillwater chapter has had meetings for the three months before
becoming an official chapter, said Tammie Baker, president of the
chapter. Baker said she tried for six months to get the five required
officer positions filled to become a chapter. She recruited them, and
the group has exceeded that requirement with 11 regularly attending
members.
