"(NECN: Alison King, Boston, Mass.) - Many people in Boston are heeding President Obama's call to service today, including many military families.
Bags of candy, playing cards, band aids -- just some of the dozens of items that were being packed up and shipped off to service members overseas, thanks to dozens of volunteers who took time out of their day to make more than 300 care packages.
